Hours:    8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Eligibility:    Adults with a major mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or clinical depression, or have Global Assessment Function (GAF) of 50 or less.

Services Provided:

-    Treatment in the community for mental health consumers who are most at-risk for psychiatric hospitalization.

-    Intensive case management, counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, crisis respite, crisis resolution and psychiatric dedication services.

Areas Served:    Taylor, Jones, Callahan, and Shackelford Counties
