Hours:    8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Eligibility:    Adults with a major mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or clinical depression, or have a Global Assessment Function (GAF) of 50 or less.

Services Provided:   

-    Assist individuals to locate, secure and maintain affordable, community-based, integrated housing of their choosing.

-    Locator assistance, temporary rental subsidies, housing start-up expenses, emergency assistance, and roommate matching

Service Area:    Taylor, Jones, Callahan, and Shackelford Counties
