Hours:    8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Eligibility:    Adults, children and adolescents with mental retardation and/or severe and persistent mental illness.

Services Provided:    Outreach service involving:

-    Case Management                                -    Symptom management

-    Medication education                            -    Skills training

-    Mental health education                         -    Referrals to other appropriate community services.

-    Weekly medication clinics

Service Area:    Taylor, Jones, Callahan, and Shackelford Counties
