Children age 4 on or before September 1st. Eligibility based on family income, or limited English speaking skills, homelessness, or diagnosed disability. Children with disabilities served at age 3.

Intake & Investigation of child abuse and neglect.
Taylor County Juvenile Probation
For Juveniles ages 10 - 16 who have violated the law.
West Texas Girl Scout Council, Inc.
For girls through 12th grade regardless of ethnicity or financial situation. Girl Scouting provides the opportunity for girls to prosper in an environment matched to their gender needs.
