If you are having thoughts of suicide, please call the number below to talk to someone. Though the number is national, you will be connected to the local Mental Health Crisis team.
Bi-Polar and Depression Support Group
The bi-polar and depression support group meets every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. -7:30 p.m. It is a completely confidential setting where you can come and share whatever is on your heart and mind without being judged. There are usually between 4-8 people present. We meet at the Ministry of Counseling on 1502 N. 1st.
